Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us first for a Return Authorization. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
- Items must be new, unused and in original packaging.
- Customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect. Then we cover it.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
- Exchanges are welcome. Contact us and we’ll send the correct item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Returns can be shipped back or dropped off at our Oklahoma City location (6509 W. Reno Ave).
- Not returnable unless defective: custom-built, cut-to-length, crimped or special-order items, and any equipment that has been used, fueled or operated.
